1. Service-Based Nature

Since we offer digital and customized web development services, refunds are limited and provided only under specific conditions as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet been started.
  • The refund request is made within 48 hours of payment and before any design or development work has commenced.
  • There is a failure to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe due to our fault and after reasonable attempts to resolve the delay.
  • The final product delivered does not match the mutually agreed-upon scope and specifications even after revision attempts.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If work has been initiated or partially completed.
  • If the delay is due to client-side issues such as lack of communication, delayed content/material submission, or change in project scope.
  • If the client is dissatisfied due to subjective preferences not aligned with the original scope.
  • Domain name, hosting, third-party software/services purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
